OUR PLACE
We just love our students!
Dear Prospective Families,
We are delighted to welcome you to our website and provide a brief introduction to our school. Located in Vasant Vihar, Happy Feet Play School is a private school, caring for children aged 18 months old through kindergarten.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include the pre-school library, outdoor playground, splash pool, ball pool, Audio-visual room, garden, allergen air filtration systems and naturally well-lit classrooms. We do not have any classrooms in the basement.
The school hours are from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and the daycare timings are 7:30 am to 7:00 pm. We offer enrichment classes, such as Yoga, Taekwondo, sports, special activities & celebrations, puppets, theatre, drama, music and story sessions.
Our school was founded in April 2007. From its inception, Happy Feet has fostered a sense of community awareness and responsibility. Our curriculum encourages Play-Based and Montessori methods of learning along with Social and Emotional Skills as well as Problem Solving techniques. This curriculum promotes positive social interactions between students, teaches emotion, regulation skills, and fosters good learning behaviors.
This website offers but a glimpse into the highlights of the full Happy Feet experience. We hope it will inspire you to come and experience us first hand, whether you are a prospective family, a prospective teacher, or a friend.
We look forward to welcoming you here!

OUR MISSION
It's what's on the inside that counts
At Happy Feet, we aim to provide a joyful journey for pre-school children. The playschool envisions developing inquiring minds that will help children transition from home to mainstream schooling. Our curriculum is child-centric and is based on the ideology that children learn best through play.

PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Mrs Sudha Puri
Dear parents and prospective families,
On behalf of the Happy Feet Family, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the new academic session.
The past two academic years were a challenging time for students, teachers and parents. Many of us have had firsthand experience with uncertainties, illnesses and tragedies. However, this new academic year has brought with it the hope that, after the dark clouds of COVID-19, there is light at the end of every tunnel. With this conviction, the academic year 2022-23 dawns with optimism as life gradually returns to its normal as the gushing voices of our loving children break the silence in the classrooms, corridors, and playgrounds.
Though this strange and terrifying pandemic has left us all shaken, we also feel stronger and more anchored in many ways. We are thinking, observing and living more deeply.
Our priority for the months ahead should be to assist these children in recovering academically and emotionally from the pandemic. To identify learning gaps and bridge them so that they can cope with the desired tasks. We, both parents and teachers, must stick together, encourage one another and accept these changes and challenges by continuing to take all necessary health precautions and follow the government's health advisories.
I express my best wishes for good health, peace, and safety to all the parents, kids, and staff at Happy Feet and look forward to helping our kids master new skills, crafts, sports, and academic achievements.
Warm regards,
Principal,
Happy Feet
